Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Zaviro Live for use of the Zaviro Live app and website. Read them — by creating an account you accept all of them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use Zaviro Live

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be legally able to enter a contract, and not barred from the Service by law or by a previous ban.
One person, one account. Creating a second account to evade a ban is itself a breach of these terms.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. To operate the Service we need permission to handle it, so you grant Zaviro Live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce and adapt your content for the purpose of running, promoting and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already distributed to other users and copies we must retain for a legal or safety reason.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, and that publishing it does not break the law or anybody else's rights.

3. What is not allowed

The full list is in our community guidelines, which form part of these terms. In summary, do not use Zaviro Live to:

publish sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive performance;
publish or solicit anything involving a minor sexually — see our child safety standards;
harass, threaten, dox, stalk or impersonate anybody;
publish hate speech, or attack people over race, religion, ethnicity, disability, gender or sexual orientation;
encourage self-harm, suicide or an eating disorder;
publish graphic violence, or promote terrorism or a violent group;
sell or promote drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data;
run gambling, a lottery, a pyramid scheme or any other financial scam;
infringe copyright or trademark — see our DMCA policy;
spam, scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service or its users;
buy, sell, rent or transfer an account, or trade coins outside the app.

4. Coins, gifts and virtual items

Coins are a limited licence to use a feature of the Service. They are not money, not a deposit, not a security, and you do not own them.
Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app.
Coin purchases are handled by Google Play. Our refund policy applies.
We may change coin prices, gift prices, the contents of the store, or discontinue an item, at any time.
If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, any unspent coins and unsold items are forfeited.

5. Creator earnings

Gifts a host receives accrue as diamonds, at a rate we publish in the app.
Withdrawals require a verified identity, a minimum balance, and a review of the account's activity.
We may withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraud, self-gifting, coin-farming, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
Nothing here makes you an employee, agent or partner of Zaviro Live.

6. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, mute, kick, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users. Serious cases — above all anything involving a child — result in immediate permanent termination without warning.

You may appeal an enforcement decision by writing to support@zaviroapp.live. You may close your own account at any time; see account deletion.

7. Third-party services

Sign-in, billing and media delivery rely on third parties, including Google. Their own terms apply to their part of the transaction, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

8. Service provided as-is

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Zaviro Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or the conduct of another user. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zaviro Live against claims, losses and costs arising from content you published or from your breach of these terms.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zaviro Live is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@zaviroapp.live — most disputes are resolved that way.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change and, for a material change, we will notify you in the app. If you keep using Zaviro Live after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
